Tasty Drinks! I come here so often. Absolute favorite avocado smoothie . The rest is hit or miss I would say. Staff is friendly though. It gets a bit busy at night (popular hang out spot). There are many options to choose from on the menu so there’s plenty to try out! The staff is quick. I usually come here and I enjoyed it!

This place is my new go to tea house. Their menu has a great variety (you can ask for almost any blend imaginable), and the original drinks (on their big board) taste great. Their food selection is out of the world (certainly beats the average fast foods), and the new coconut jelly is wonderful. Prices are very affordable, and service could feel rushed during lunch hours, but is generally friendly and very efficient!

Thai Green Tea with tapioca was was delicious and cooled me down in this humid climate. Staff was friendly and my drink was made very quick. They have a mall seating area to sit and relax. Price was reasonable and in line with most other tea shops around the US.

It’s my first time trying this tea house after I found out that it was no longer Kim’s Teahouse, and it was really tasty! The drink I got was carbonated, sweet, and the jellies made it extra awesome. This drink made my walk home completely worth it! I got an avocado smoothie the second time I came here and it was great too.

One of my favorite boba places in the area. they have variety of fresh fruits drinks such as mango, durian, avocado, jackfruit etc. I love their calamari and chicken strips( get it spicy if you dare lol). Perfect snacks or quick lunch. I’ve been here so many times and service is always great. Will continue to be a customer
